Pick a spot in the world to claim. Use /wild to help you find open land.
Get the Selection Tool
The residence selection tool is a wooden hoe by default.
Select the First Corner
Hold the wooden hoe in your main hand and left-click a block at one corner of the area you want to protect.
You will see a confirmation message.
Select the Opposite Corner
Walk to the opposite corner of the area and right-click a block.
You will receive another confirmation message.
The selected area automatically protects everything from bedrock to the build limit and displays a red and green particle outline showing the protected region.
Create the Claim
Once you’re happy with your selection, create the residence using:
/res create <ResName>
Example:
/res create Factory
After running the command, you’ll receive a confirmation message and the protected area will be highlighted again.
Manage Claim Flags
Use the following command inside the new claim to manage permissions and flags:
/res set
Add or Remove Friends
Add a player to your claim:
/res padd <player>
This gives them basic permissions such as building, opening doors and chests, and teleporting to the residence.
